Welcome to the EMTH 351 Math Trail!! 

Our goal is for you to experience the University of Regina campus in a whole new way.  Who needs a map when there’s mathematical questions to guide you through the university. The Riddell Center is a great place to eat but have you ever wondered which gives you the best value for your dollar???  And we are always being told to take the stairs instead the elevator to promote an active and healthy lifestyle.  But when you’re in a rush, how much faster is one elevation medium than the other??? 

This math trail was designed with the Saskatchewan curriculum in mind.  Math needs to exist beyond the classroom and jump off the chalkboard.  It is also important to realize and appreciate how everyday experiences, such as the University if Regina, are the result of the sometimes disconnected we learn in school.

Let's start.  We'll start with the Riddell Centre and move through the buildings from there.
