Virginia Environmental Quality Index (VEQI)
"VEQI is a tool for assessing change in fundamental elements of our environment. The VEQI is an objective, integrated and scientifically grounded mechanism for answering the question, "Is environmental quality improving or not?" Indicators include air and water quality, toxic releases, forests, population growth and wetlands.


 

Washington Forest Protection Association.

AndEarth sends out a free newsletter to raise money for conservation and restoration projects. The newsletter is a useful educational tool, with information from project ecosystem and wildlife photos. ENO is a global virtual school for environmental awareness.
